Yes! Safe Space is fenced (woods and wetland to the back) and gated with an individual access code required for entry. We’ve equipped our entire facility with 24/7 video surveillance and bright LED lighting to help ensure your items stay safe and secure—day or night.

While we take security seriously, your stored belongings are not automatically insured through Safe Space. Much like renting an apartment, it’s up to you to insure your personal property. Many customers add storage coverage to their homeowner’s or renter’s insurance for a small additional cost.
We strongly recommend getting insurance for peace of mind. If the value of what you’re storing is over $5,000, insurance is required.
Let us know if you need help figuring out how to get covered—we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
Our units are not temperature-controlled, so we recommend storing only items that can withstand seasonal temperature changes.
